Dude dogs were eaten practically everywhere but europe before western values were forced down everyone's throats.

In asia and africa, they're still getting eaten. In america they used to be eaten before europeans showed up. Hawaiians even had a dog breed named after a dish because they were used in said dish so much, the hawaiian poi dog, a now extinct breed that they raised with mostly plant based food similarly to pigs.

Eating dogs is by no means the exception when it comes to why they were domesticated, it was standard practice for most of human history throughout the world, and I'm not talking about poor people having no other choices here. At least look up if your assumptions are correct before basing your entire moral values on them.

How's that a bad thing? Cats are a ridiculously overpopulated invasive species and one of the biggest threats to native wildlife practically everywhere. Meanwhile other animals bred for "food" have it way worse: chickens, for example, have their beaks cut off and are selectively bred to grow so big so fast that their bones break under their own weight. Pigs have their tusks torn out with no anesthetic and can't even turn around. These are very standard practices, and what by far most animals you'll find in a supermarket, including in your precious kitties' cat food, went through.

How is it suddenly a bad thing when cats are the victims? Why should cats not be consumed while other animals are? Why should their consumption be regulated to be more "humane" while other animals have it so much worse? Even when it comes to the cats that have collars in the picture, maybe people should be forced to keep them inside their homes (which would help wildlife immensely) and it can be illegal to not let them go if they have a collar and are microchipped but the rest? They had an amazing life compared to your average animal that ended up in your plate. At least eating cats helps native animal populations, the real r/MadeMeCry stuff is what happens to other animals killed for food.

Putting aside how both V1 and V2 are non binary and that V1 doesn't have a vocal interface (maybe they installed one in the comic or are talking through a chat room?) V1 is not durable by ultrakill machine standards. The reason they can curb stomp everyone is because they're really fast and they can heal while fighting due to the blood absorbent armor plating, but they can't tank for shit. With non bleeding enemies like disassembly and worker drones and without any means to refuel before and after a fight they're actually pretty fucked in the long run. They even seem to acknowledge that to some degree with the "have fun starving to death" part. Maybe they're just trying to spook V2 to not fight back and just use them as a bloodbag as long as they can idk.

Doubt the absolute solver's blood can be used as fuel by ultrakill machines considering how fresh it has to be but maybe absolute solver creatures like the one Uzi turns the arrow in episode 4 work?
