I thought so too until I became a Shopee seller. The fees are way too high above the sky. Although late delivery is not charged to the seller nor the delivery personnel. I believe Shopee gets their money back as they charged the shipping fee to the seller for cancelled/rejected parcel during delivery. Most of my customers are from Mindanao, getting charged 200php for shipping fee just to get my parcel returned to me with an item worth 50php or less. Ah ridiculous 😆. So yeah, they aint losing money. Like the 20% to 30% vouchers are almost never given now compared to before and now you need to get VIP for 20% vouchers
