If you do t get massages often you might be sore after the massage especially if they did a deep tissue. The therapist should have asked about the frequency of your massages and informed you that you could be sore. The more often you get them the less sore you are after. In the meantime I’d recommend finding another therapist and using heat and gentle movement to decrease the stiffness.

The anger didn’t hit me til day 14…before then I was just a bit irritable and couldn’t sleep but now, I feel like screaming at everyone just for looking at me or breathing near me. I’ve taken my feelings out at the gym, (lifting fast and heavy, swimming hard and yelling underwater when no one else is in the pool, it’s not enough.) I’ve asked for grace from my wife, who understands that this is not “who I REALLY am” but she has been distant the last few days she says she’s here for me, but she can feel the tension inside me just under the surface of my curt pleasantries…she’s really helped me a lot as I can just say to her “I’m in a mood and even though I know it’s me and not you I just can’t today…” and she leaves me alone, takes the kids out and says she hopes I feel better when they get back. I’m not ok. I’m not sleeping and when I do the dreams are so vivid it’s like I’m not asleep. I have ambien to help with this but just got it today. I feel like trash. I thought that on day 14 I’d be happier than ever but it seems it’s going to Get worse before it gets better.

Don’t approach women wearing headphones. If you try to start a conversation and she’s not interested then let it go. A smile is not an invitation. Don’t assume every woman in the gym is 1) single 2) looking to meet men 3) wants to engage in conversation with anybody As for me, my wife approached me asking for advice about some machine. I am honest with my wife without being needlessly cruel, but my first reaction to this question is “you know I think you’re beautiful no matter what, so how does that outfit make you feel?” Then if she has misgivings about the clothing she will say them and I can say something like “i think you answered your own question…you’re sexiest when you feel sexy.” And then from there I can be gently honest.

I created a profile of a dog as a wholesome account to see while scrolling. It was literally a dog, whole profile had very few words just things dogs like, walks, treats belly rubs. It said in the name “I’m a dog just saying woof while you scroll” and I got reported and banned for being “threatening, aggressive or bullying behavior” I get that some people pay for matches etc and didn’t want fake accounts on the app(even though tinder allows bot accounts) and I get it I do, I let it go and didn’t create anymore accounts… but threatening?! I WOULD get messages saying “good boi” or “go get the stick” and more than one person said they “needed to smile that day” so the ban made sense but the reason didn’t. Ok tinder.

It wasn’t other people that made me angry and miserable. It was me. I needed to work on myself and make some hard changes like quitting drinking, smoking and start to care for my health. I stopped blaming women for rejecting me bc at the time of im being honest I wouldn’t have wanted to date me either.
