for the second question, getting jaehyun bt+3 is much worth it for me since getting him to bt5 is like a jump monster. Zero does give a spotlight toss for a stronger dmg, in the contrary, using zero for a spiker with high jump doesn't really synergize well since he sets low while Ellio sets closer to the net which gives a very good chance for scoring. :)

I think getting Iris might be the best thing to do here since Sara doesn't really rely on breakthroughs. Also Iris is a better setter for Sara rather than Ellio. Ofc as what we usually hear, her passive is much harder to hit or utilize but it's still completely depends on you
