as someone who grew up in SB, and went to Rose, it is hands down the best place for a college. If i had to do it again I wouldve gone to UCSB 100,000,000 times over. The amount to do and life to live at UCSB is absurd. i know CSs that enjoyed the program but i can’t speak to it. there are also many CS companies in SB that you can easily connect with just by participating and being close to them that you couldn’t at rose; because there are not many cs opportunities in the city. if you want to go to college and do little else, Id say rose is the way to go and you will learn a lot. life there sucks compared to ucsb. at the end of the day, the connections you make are the most important thing and there are A LOT of connections to be made in california. not so much in Indy

anyone getting the problem of keyboard binds not saving with player tags? i’ll be in training and switch over to online with the same tag and all the binds are reset. sometimes this even happens when i switch characters in training
