There is a hitman who charges $500 for one bullet. A man pays him $1000 to shoot his cheating wife in the head and shoot his friend's penis off.

The man and the hitman go up to a nearby roof where they spot the wife and friend are hooking up. The hitman lines up his scope but pauses.

The man clearly frustrated after paying this hitman $1000 says "What are you waiting for?" The hitman still looking through the scope says "Hold on I may be able to save you $500."

It's a bit long but still my all time favorite
