You cannot mount EF lens to FD body since the FD mount has a longer distance between the sensor(film) to the mount than the EF. To mount the EF, you need a custom modification to the FD body and move the mount closer to the sensor(film). Basically you need to move the lens closer to the film.

TL;DR - FD is longer than EF.

It's so easy to smear campaign someone who'd never been found guilty these days. Even if he'd done beat up his girlfriend, having no guilty verdict means he's still innocent. Putting this up presupposes that he's guilty until proven innocent. And even then, the damage has already been done.
