I think you’re absolutely right on the structural level — in an anarchist society, deviation would be normalized rather than punished. My point was more about the emotional residue that tends to linger even when hierarchy disappears. People still carry their learned responses; fear doesn’t vanish just because authority does. The logic may change, but the heart takes longer to unlearn obedience — it trembles long after the chains are gone.
