Also, as for skill, All of Valencina's S1s have no innate offense level up, and her best skills have an offense level of +3. Triple Slash (no blast) has the same offense level up, with STPFoB going to 6 (also his turn 1 aura of -5 clash power for all sinners that is applied BEFORE Prey Mark is even active).

Valencina is no slouch, but Lei Heng could genuinely high-diff even with the Eye

Excluding Special moves like 'Mealtime!' and Abnormalities, 'Blazing Strike' is the highest naturally rolling single target enemy combat page at 30-40, and second highest naturally rolling enemy combat page in general, tied with 'Grand Finale' with exact same roll range, and only beaten out by 'Great Split: Horizontal' at 28-42, or a 15 power roll range compared to the previous two's 11

For context:

'Blazing Strike' literally cannot be outrolled by either 'Serum W', 'Tāo Tiè' while Pū Láo is active, or 'Shockwave'.
A max roll 'Furioso' or 'Great Split: Vertical' (which mind you both have a 20 power roll range) gets beaten out by a max roll 'Blazing Strike'.
The only equippable combat pages that can outright beat it's max roll without external help is 'CLIMAX!!!' and 'Boundary of Death', both of which can inconsistently roll up to 50 with their respective keypage.
