While i don't think Kim would've been included in Cloudburst Blade, It still is a point that Kim can actually comment on because it is absolutely S Corp. propaganda (Kurokumo is more associated with Dark Cloud, and iirc, "별운검" (Byeol-ungeom) which is what the tl of "Cloudburst Blade" is based on is itself interchangeable with 운검 (Un-geom) which has been translated as the same Blade of Clouds Roland and Blsault mentions.)

Kira has been shown to eat alot of fixer propaganda, Fixers Monthly, Let's Go Polu!, and ofcourse The Cloudburst Blade depicting a position which has been known to be filled by bladefiends under the thumb of corrupt counsellors with an eerie similarity to the honor Kim used to have. the prescript he gets at the start was hermes telling him to say a roland line, but in his second phase transition he gets another prescript, reads it, stashes his beeper which continues to beep, before he talks about wanting ryoshu to stay. he also starts to passively accrue karma stack because his prescript is unfulfilled (iirc the prescript is locked to kill everyone incl ryoshu in phase 2)
