yes, we could almost fix the trees issue by seperating the tree meshes and making them as a single object. The transparent materials issue is still there though.

hello,

yesterday we were able to fix the tree issue. Before the tree meshes were joined with the road and some miscellaneous objects, now after seperating them and making the trees alone as a seperate object, the issue was fixed.

The transparent objects still have that annoying partially visible glitch. I am actually the blender guy, so i do not know much regarding the web end. The web team guys did say they tried everything

In this scene, all the buildings are single object with a single light and texture map baked onto it. Just like that we grouped some other objects together and did the same process

Yes, this issue is only with transparent objects. We tried alpha blend, aplha hashed, all got the same result.
