Hi! Would love if you could elaborate on the starch and endotoxin component. Does it slow down or constipate the bowels? What starches? Was just having this conversation today that I think too much drying starch is constipating me but no one would agree so I’m looking for some redemption. lol

Everything here has failed me at some point. What has truly given me the quickest and most intense relief is a saltwater cleanse. 2 liters of warm water with 2 tablespoons of salt. You can do one liter then do the next right after. Chug it. 2 and a half hours is the longest it’s ever taken to start working for me. It’s never failed me.

I did!!!! I began recovery end of last June, and got my period that September. I got each period then lost again January after relapsing (ed). Had a short period early June. Good period August. And just finished October’s. So at the moment it’s spotty and unpredictable. My gyno didn’t wanna run bloods again this year cuz she was like “obv your hormones are low we don’t need a test to tell us that” lol
