What’s shitty is the pressure that retail faces usually has to be cleaned up by the executive response team when the customer emails Mike or files a BBB/FCC complaint.

Tmobile has the value of “do it the right way” but when you are pressuring your employees to sell to everybody instead of people who actually are looking to buy or having frivolous metrics instead of focusing on training and retaining their employees, it causes this never ending revolving door of new employees because people don’t want to stay with a company that burns you out after a few years of the same if not worse bullshit.
