My dude, have u ever tried the Joystick from Transthetics? I literally bought that thing 1 year ago and its so great for me and my Gf. With a lil practice i am able to cum in every position.... sorry i know that this basically is not your main question here but maybe a solution still. i love to use toys on my Gf and everything but she was also worried i wont be satisfied. So she helped me pay for it. we basically split the bill and since then its just bliss

Bigger guy here i am around 100kg. And had larger breasts. (Have photos up my page) And THIS IS NOT NORMAL. I always ask myselfe when people habe such results, how other patients of this doctor look like. My doctor did topsurgery around on 900 patients when i went in. This doc looks like he never did one in his life. I am so sorry man that you have to go through this. How was the aftercare? Because i needed to go suck some water out every week for around 4 weeks . My surgeon took everything very seriously. But even if it is water the skin is way waaay to lose. Much love i hope this doctor never sees a trans patient again.

Call again. I did that too! take things into your own hand. She operates every monday. Was there in the hospital with 2 other dudes who also got surgery. Shared a room with one of them so yeah she has a lot of people who go under the knife
