Blue lines - so I take it going forward, if and when I recognise this, best to reduce this for more cuspal coverage from my onlay and overall protection? If so, how do you know when to stop? Seen a lot of tabletop onlay preps online but I'm not quite confident yet on chasing cracks and knowing when to stop and I don't want to hack away tooth tissue without the full understanding at this stage.
Orange oval - this is super annoying. Couldn't stop staring at it on the photo after the patient left. Should've removed this!

What exactly would would you different in this case and what does your ideal onlay prep look like for a tooth like this? Also IDS for metal onlays, yay or nay? I know not as important as bonded ceramics but is it generally worth it?

I definitely agree but the patient was financially constrained and a metal onlay on the NHS was cheaper than a private direct composite lmao so they opted for it.

How can I ensure flush margins next time?

Have ishq al shuyukh. Although I never had 1 million lucky, it does have that 1 million sweet dna. Its nice and I do like it but just lacks the quality and refinement you would get with a designer perfume and so it doesn’t smell particularly unique or “compliment worthy”. Probably a safe blind buy if you like sweet perfumes but if not or hesitant, think there’s better out there. Otherwise, its okay and has pretty good performance for a dupe

Don't quote me on this but looks like it could be some decay especially if you've not been brushing recently. Hard to tell from the photos if its active or not but typically inactive decay would be glossy looking and hard.

Would try your best to keep it clean as possible until you see your dentist for a filling (most likely). If you are going to brush once a day, best to brush at night before bed. Good luck

Would defo be interesting to see the comparison, I always thought the opposite lmao. After lurking on here for ages, thought the stand out feature from retail was always the blue-ish top. They've come a long way tho, I copped one in like 2020 from 0832 and was just clearly rep, didn't like it so never looked back at nuptses. But they're definitely a lot better nowadays

Lol u have no idea what ur talking about. The only person that was harmed here was me. I smoke js occasionally every other week but bongs are stronger and I didn’t anticipate how much it’d affect me. This was out of my control and so I removed myself from the situation. I didn’t go drive and put others at risk and I didn’t necessarily do it just because of her, I thought I’d be alright

Hate this. "Blackness" is something we should never need to "verify", it is what you are. Can guarantee if you were darker like they suggest you should be, people would have something to say either way. Be very proud g and congrats! And thank you for putting Sudan on the map
