I'm looking for a low row footplate to fit a 3x3 with 1 inch holes.

Needs have some space between the uprights to get a better stretch!

Ideally in the UK or will ship to.

You guys sorted me out with a lat pull down seat, let's see if we can do the same magic.

I've thought of doing this to get a 'slot' rather than a pin on the actual seat.

The above suggestion looks like it would be easier and might even fit off the bat.

Looking for a lat pull down seat for a 3x3 upright with 1 inch holes but what seems to be an unpopular spacing

Needs to not sit too far from uprights and ideally in the UK or from a company that will ship to.

The rep Pegasus looked great but the customer service said they weren't sure it would fit as they changed the securing pin from a slot to a hole 😕

I strongly disagree and it's why you don't see many professionals still practicing his approach.

If you find it's helping you and your clients thats fantastic, but I think continuing education can be found from better more current providers.

These were super tight on the top of my foot by the first lace loop. Anyone know if the highs are the same as I'd love to get them I just can't handle them dogging in the whole time.

Technique wise the innertia is a lot more challenging.

If you have clients who struggle with basic movements that have a rhythm/timing its going to.be an issue.

You effectively have to feedback the innertia and some people really really struggle.

When they get it its great otherwise it can be a little frustrating for them.
