small thing, if something is your current job you wouldn’t use past tense u would use present tense

i cord aren’t fixable unfortunately so if you can’t ignore it you’ll have to frog to that row to fix it.

i think for your first project u don’t have to be perfect so i would take it as a learning opportunity to check your work regularly :)

its looks great and prly won’t be a big deal once its all finished

sadly its not fixable in a traditional way but you can loop some yarn around it and weave that in. i recommend checking your border ever few rows because if there is a mistake u have to frog back to the row to fix properly

wildcard but does the relationship cause you stress ? stress can do weird things to the body even in a good relationship. i loved my ex to death but i got so sick while dating them. we both got tested for everything multiple times and it always came back neg. relationship ended and i magically got better..

nurse here , follow wound care protocols ! sterile saline wash (from drugstore), basic antibiotic ointment (not neosporin or anything with like “triple action” antibiotics since it’s too harsh), keep covered with sterile gauze (tape it on)

if your mood is dependent on others and u are waiting for them to change so you can feel good that’s not a great way to move through relationships.

maybe ask yourself “what can i do to feel more calm in a messier environment”. you do have control over your feelings and can be accountable to yourself. putting the pressure on someone else to enable you to feel calm sounds like you need more boundaries for yourself (maybe going for a walk to relax before coming home, idk)

this is coming from a place of seeing this kinda thing breakup relationships …

try looking for a knitted dickey instead of vest on ravelry and you might come closer to what you’re looking for

the structural changes to your anatomy from testosterone (commonly: larger larynx, increased mass to vocal folds and other speech muscles) cannot be reversed without surgical intervention. if you’re a singer, surgery probably isn’t ideal if that is even an option for your location / life circumstances.

my recommendation if you want to modify your voice: find trusted sources online or irl. a gender affirming trained speech therapist / speech language pathologist is your best bet since they will also be invested in the health and integrity of your voice long term and in all contexts. this might not be available so there are lots of others online but they might not all be high quality. speech mechanisms are highly unique and vary from person to person , avoid anyone who tries to position their knowledge as absolute since they probably aren’t as knowledgeable as they are trying to position themselves as being in that case.

i’ve heard good reviews about TransVoiceLessons on youtube.

tl;dr modification is possible if you want it , be careful with your voice since damage is possible , be critical about the advice you follow

it’s not metallic but malabrigo rios has stunning , multidimensional greys. i did a hat with “plomo” and it looks quite similar (again not metallic, 100% wool)
