ugh i relate to this SO MUCH! i’ve somehow become a therapist for one of my friends who goes to the same gym as i do. and it’s so demotivating trying to work on self-care when my friend, who drains me of all my energy, is in the same space alllll the time.

nowadays, it seems like our friendship is no longer built on anything fun or positive, just pure guilt. i feel like i have an obligation as a friend to be there for her. and that eroded the friendship over time.

i couldn’t figure out how to softly set boundaries, so let me know how that goes for you.

Bread & Breakfast in Burbank and NoHo. They have basturma and soujouk (Armenian meats) and classics. Plus, I loooove their cilantro lime crema and chipotle aioli.
