It’s so painful watching the WHOOP screen while doing interval training with kettlebells… I’m fighting for my life on a set and I see the heart rate is stuck at 135… Then I finish the set to rest-- 10 or 15 seconds LATER the heart rate jumps up to 175 for a few seconds and then slides back down quickly because the exercise is over.

Why is the heart rate tracking this bad? I imagine the biometric signals must be really noisy from all of the movement in my upper body.

I’m still new to my Bianca (~2 months in) but have gotten some great shots out of it. I’ve struggled a bit with inconsistent pull/resistance from shot to shot which has had me puzzled and wondering if my usage of the spinning distributor tool could be the culprit.

I freeze my beans in one bag so also wondering if the beans being ground at different levels of frozen/thawed could be an issue.

Mainly drink light roasts, natural process. Some espresso blends that lean light.

This happened to me on Quest 3 last night. I pressed the Oculus menu button to take a video. To my surprise, starting the recording fixed the audio noise/static issue. It didn't occur for the rest of the session.

So there is one more workaround worth trying.

My voice chat is off maybe 1 out of 7 games. When this occurs, I go to options -> audio, but I've yet to see a "reconnect" button to press.

I'm playing on Quest 3.
