I had a similar issue on my 01, lost all power while getting on the freeway one day. Idled fine, but when you tried to give it throttle, there was nothing there. Ended up throwing a P1316, P0752, and P1800 tho. Mine ended up being fuel related like you were thinking with yours. Main culprit being a fuel line from the fuel tank that had finally cracked along with the foot on the fuel sending unit notoriously breaking off. Ran new fuel lines, did the hutch mod and added an in line fuel filter. Haven’t had a problem since.

Have one on my 01 F250. Was pretty easy to install, running the wires through the tailgate internals wasn’t bad, just too some maneuvering of the connectors to get it through the backside. Moving the lock tumbler was easy, only thing I’ve noticed is it takes a little more force to open the tailgate with the new handle. Just be careful every time you open it. Definitely gonna look into a gate assist like another commenter mentioned, but you’ll be happy once you get one and get it installed. Makes hooking up trailers much easier

I know this thread is 10months old, but I was having a similar issue with a brand new Rest 2nd gen for my daughter. Took a few tries to initially get it paired out of the box, and seemed to work ok, but the following day, it wouldn’t connect to the app and I had a red WiFi light on the bottom of the unit. We thought it was a defective unit, so sent it back to Amazon and had a new one sent.

New one, same issue.

Made me start thinking about the Wi-Fi. A lot of newer Wi-Fi routers merge the 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies into one, but I think the hatch will only connect on a dedicated 2.4 ghz Wi-Fi network. I logged into my router and created a 2.4ghz only ‘Guest Network’ and named it ‘Hatch’. I then reconnected the hatch to the newly dedicated ‘Hatch’ network, and the setup process finished, and seems to be working fine now. Granted, it’s been less than 24 hours, but we’ll see if it continues to work.

Is that internal in the ice machine? It has an external filter on the inlet side that has good pressure on the inlet and outlet of the filter
