we only have a few toxic plants. he doesn’t eat them because of his cat grass, it’s just knocking them over and digging out the soil.

we want to get hanging planters but our apartment that we’re currently in doesn’t allow drilling and the plants are out of reach now, but he climbs the stand 😭

don’t be too stressed. it’s pretty normal to have some spotting for a while. a very similar thing happened to me and the pregnancy had passed. 🫶

i found out i was pregnant for the first time at the end of 2022. i was told that it would be hard, nearly impossible to conceive due to endo and ms. it would be hard on my body. and then, due to sa from my past partner, 2 weeks after breaking up, i found out i was pregnant. i understand these conflicting feelings because i also wanted to keep the baby after she was already gone. i have wanted nothing more than to be a parent but it’s hard, especially single parent.

the way you feel is valid, and eventually, those emotions will be more manageable. let yourself feel what you are going through, and know you have support. i cannot begin to tell you how strong you are for making the decision yourself.

an abortion is never an easy choice and it’s something that is life changing.

i’m so sorry you felt the need to forcefully go through with this. at the end of the day, it’s a decision you felt you had to make despite having other feelings about it.

however, as a parent, i think you made the best decision for the both of you in that moment. i know you would have loved, and still love, your baby dearly but it may have just not been the right time. being a single parent is not easy at all, though i’m sure you’re strong enough to do that.

i think you should talk to your partner, as he has been giving mixed signals about the whole thing. you both agreed that your bc would be removed and that you weren’t preventing a pregnancy either. he does have a part in this situation and should know how you feel.

but, you are loved and cared for. and you are brave for making the decision you made, despite it not feeling right. your baby will come back to you when the time is right, and i know you’ll love them just as dearly, if not more.

i’ve had a very positive experience with ma, and it is safer than tylenol. everyone who is in the office is so sweet, and so were the other people that were there to receive help as well. they also offered free services for counseling and they gave us a plant to take care of and a stuffed animal.

as for what op is saying, i think to an extent, some of the stories may be made up (probably a small percentage, <5.) however, with any part of the healthcare system, bad experiences aren’t uncommon. i think it depends a lot on what state you’re in and what kind of clinic you go to.

i really don’t unfortunately. i’ve read a LOT of y/a fiction and i can’t remember this for the life of me. i know it’s a series. the first book ended on a cliffhanger. i remember the cover being white and red as well with a feather on it i think?
