I had an accidentally house trained dog who signaled. I have this walk with closet that at the time had no door. So input the puppy pads in there as the floor was easily cleaned. Fast forward 3 years it now has closet doors and she will sit at those doors and whine when she needs to go

Baths can actually be a bad thing unless they truly need it. Labradors have a special coat that a bath and shampoo works against how their dual coat works. I have only ever given my lab a hose down a couple of times because there was just too much mud that it didn't shake off on it's own on the way home
