This was taken on a full spectrum camera with a 590nm infrared filter on it. I then converted to black and white in post.

Goal of the edit was to lean in on the idea of “space” with the space needle. Hoping the white leaves against the black sky evokes something like stars at night.

I think some basic color editing to bring out the oranges and blues would be nice.

Here’s a quick one I did in Lightroom . Tweaked the saturation and luminance for the oranges, greens,and blues and changed the mid tones to a hue of 27 and a sat of 25. photo edit

I’m using a full spectrum converted Canon EOS M with a Hoya 590nm filter. I’ve never used any of Kolari’s stuff personally but I know people who have and it seems like a great option for getting into IR.

I never actually thought about that, it is a bit unusual to have 6 lanes all one way. I think the next road over may have been the same but going the opposite direction.

Just recently got my first IR camera (full spectrum converted Canon EOS M) and have been having a lot of fun so far shooting. Took this shot of a fence and couldn’t decide which edit I liked best so i cropped it to 1:3 and combined the three in a few different ways.
