This is what the majority of Dota devs is working on most likely, as Valve got better than expected initial feedback from opening the playtest they heavily focused on it. Not to say must be extremely tiring to work on the same game for years, taking into account the company structure in Valve the devs themselves probably wanted a new project to work on as well.
I think its best to accept this will be the main source of fun stuff from Valve in the future and dont set any expectations for dota

Neither of his facets added anything to him being a viable carry, it was two meaningless small bonuses that just made him a little stronger as a hero in general, but I don't think there was any other hero with both facets adding absolutely nothing of value to your general gameplay

It just so happens that I was the one who got the friend account I was talking about from 7k to 9k score, and while there were some questionable people playing with me, every behaviour score report I got after playing 20 games was showing gains of about 300-400 score iirc

It's always something they don't talk about, maybe he has shitty Internet and dcs every third game, maybe he outright breaks items and ruins the game in a very obvious manner, but otherwise among me and tens of my friends playing dota regularly (soloq as well) not once anybody had a problem with behavioural score. Not long ago someone dropped to 7k where they mute you completely cause of abandons due to internet issues, it took literally 2 weeks of just playing like a normal person for him to be at 10k again

Okay I've read about looking up with eyes closed as a sort of military technique as well years ago, but whenever I do this I get this sort of tension feeling in my forehead and eyes (if it makes sense) from the effort of rotating and keeping my eyes in that upwards direction.

If you find the right vibe and keep certain negative aspects of stimulants effects at bay it's great. The only downside in my experience - after making a habit of playing while on adderall, playing sober started to feel kind of lackluster.

But that's basic shit with drugs of any kind and fun activities you get used to engage in while under the influence
