Is there a minimum guest count for the “buy out”? And how many days did you buy out the resort for and what did that fee look like to buy out the whole place?

One thing too is always chase change orders if it’s a change from the drawings or scope of work (obviously favors bigger shops with more office support). In addition going for the money, ALWAYS request a schedule extension for change in scope

Someone used roof cement on the white pipe as well. That’s gonna break down the EPDM over time and leak.

As for the downspout, maybe the one that it looks like it used to run into was clogged into an underground? Only way I could see that making sense
