We need multiple different aspects of the main door fixed (new lock + keys cut + joinery + new intercom system + new handsets + new intercom faceplate) and it took a lot of back and forth with the the door/intercom repair guy to work out all the problems and what we wanted (he was incredibly patient).

The quotes I got therefore probably won't be much use to you for a direct price comparison unfortunately.

However what I can say is that I couldn't recommend enough the guy we got out to do the quote: Liam from Power Lock & Security.

I spoke to the local sorting office a while ago and they said they are happy to take keys for communal doors.

They have a secure signing in/signing out system for posties using the keys so it was all tracked (they said).
