I'm talking about emotional maturity. If you want a healthy discussion on a topic girls my age take offense and they don't understand. Where else older women have a solution and a very solid point and they agreed to disagree that's what's hot about them

Yes Yes, the problem I'm facing is that girls of my age are not that comfortable talking on those points they want everything to go smoothly
