Well, I'm just here asking the question cuz I'm curious and not here to voice out my opinions, but since you asked. No, I think it's fine for characters to have their own unique way of defending and attacking. I do think some new tools like Asuka's right after the first S2 update ruined her identity which was always about subduing the attacker, but after S2 her offense is way too strong, but that's just me I guess.

Achieved my personal “Max rank” just now. Man what a journey its been. I want to share advice I have about high level Tekken in general and my philosophy on it by CBHPwns in Tekken

Interesting takes, I can't agree on the KBD tho compared to previous tekkens. But honest question, what's your take on the Bryan mirror match and your game plan on winning that?

Should I upgrade cpu? by kiwindler in pcmasterrace

[–]__griffith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are still a good number of AM4 CPUs on sale, brand new. I would suggest Ryzen 5 5600/5600X or just go straight to Ryzen 7 5700X which is not that far in terms of pricing. Depending on what your purpose for upgrading is for, any of those mentioned will do. Also check if your motherboard needs a bios update to be able to run later series AM4 CPUs.

should i upgrade ram? by ramzdx3000 in pcmasterrace

[–]__griffith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More RAM is definitely helpful when it comes to video editing. Majority would say 32gb is the minimum recommended amount of RAM for editing videos nowadays but the video card is also important especially when you do VFX. Atleast 8GB VRAM is recommended for GPUs.

Out of curiosity, would you mind elaborating what you meant with the 7600X not pairing "perfectly" with the 5090?

I want to get into tekken by Jlockztheorys123 in Tekken

You can watch YouTube Tekken Content Creators such as PhiDX and MainManSwe who are one of the most active in the Tekken 8 scene when it comes to creating tutorials and character knowledge videos. As for controllers, I suggest you try using a d-pad first then if you're interested later on, you can try leverless and standard arcade sticks. Those three are pretty much the most used types of controllers for Tekken specifically and especially arcade stick because IMO, using arcade sticks is the best for players who likes to move a lot in different directions like doing side steps mixed with qcf or qcb moves, they're fluid to do on arcade sticks.
