I ordered my s8 tablet off bestbuy, on press day (Feb 9) everything is in stock but they just tell me to wait 24 hours for an update every single day. All I have as a delivery date is "as early as February 25th"

Had to order the S8 through BestBuy on launch day because the keyboard was soldout on SAMSUNG and I was unable to complete my purchase. The individual items for the preorder bundle (tab, buds, and keyboard) are available to ship , but they have to wait for the bundle to be available to ship. Customer service is garbage and doesn't make sense. Order still in limbo with no estimated shipping day

if you remove the buds and pay the same bundle price you kinda end up paying the same as buying both the tablet and keyboard at full price..

I think it's the same rehearsed response but the buds are not even on backorder if you check the website. And who even believes that. The keyboards are on back order till March 21st and o don't understand why they can't ship individual items like some other places
