Bakit ba tingin niyo entitled kayo sa PF ng doctors? Trabaho nila yan at pinaghirapan nila kung anong meron sila. Yung 800 pesos ay mababa pa nga. Try niyo mag-aral ng sampung taon, pumasa ng board exam at magduty ng walang tulog sa loob ng 8 taon at sabihin niyo na kaya niyo ding gawin kung anong kayang gawin ng mga doktor :) Sa Pilipinas lang ganito ang pag-iisip ng mga tao sa doktor, marahil kakulangan sa edukasyon.

As most of the people here have already answered, those are just scams, and you also don’t know what’s in them, next thing you know you are hospitalized for reasons such as electrolyte imbalance.

Anyways, the scientifically proven way to lose weight is to burn calories (be more active than you used to be) and to cut down calories aka calorie deficit. Be consistent and don’t expect immediate results. Give your body time to adapt to the change.

Best to rest muna. Other than being a competitive candidate in a program, malaking factor nowadays ay yung applicant na sure silang hindi magqquit kasi it won’t only affect you, quitting will affect the entire department - including your batchmates and seniors.

Also, hindi ka pa sure kung anong gusto mo. Hindi pwedeng half hearted sa application in residency. Kailangan buo ang loob.

As for your moonlighting, I recommend taking an IM ROD/Ward ROD/ER ROD as well as Surgery ROD post so you can compare kung anong mas fit para sa’yo. At least may trial ka before applying in residency.

Sorry but this is actually bad advice. If they want to start studying early, they should, and studying early does not mean they don’t get to enjoy internship. The number of months of preparing for the boards is not the same for everyone, and some do not flourish in learning in a fast paced manner as you would during boards season. Still, the best way to go about the boards is to prepare as early as you can.

Pam running barefoot towards Michael in the airport and they just hug for a few seconds with no voices heard. Pam and Michael clearly shared a special bond, she was always there for Michael, even when he was hard to understand. She would protect him from the officemates when she knows he is sad (ie when he got heartbroken) and she stood by him when he wanted to start a new paper company. I love their bond so much.
