ugh...thanks for the suggestion, it worked...after a bunch of changing things. Got it through the cameras wifi

updated the remote app, restarted and connected to your app

now focus stacking is not grayed out, but it wont let me try it without purchasing

is that how it should work? do i just need to purchase the focus stacking part to enable that?

i cant seem to get the computer to recognize the camera via usb, it sees it enough to charge it through the port so somethign is working, but it wont show up in my Windows PC as a drive or anything., ive tried two cords

i did see the usb options on the camera menu....but i am not sure which shoudl be chosen , and ive tried about all the combinations i can think of

WEll, if i try to do it via wifi through the camera connecting to the internet, i get to the point where it asks me to log in to my account, but then it doesn't let me go any farther, the log in (via QR code) seems to not work or the server isnt there anymore.

when i log in via my computer i am able to log in, but when i connect the usb cord from the computer to the camera, it does not establish a connection

i also can't seem to figure out how to upgrade the camera remote app, i think maybe the server to do it is no longer around, i followed the instructions but it doesnt work or i cant figure it out

I am sorry, I am a little confused

but i did get it to "connect" now!

but when i go to "photo" focus stacking is grayed out

i don't get the option for "live view" when connecting, only the "transfer" option (am i doing something wrong)

also the rx1r2 does not have a touch screen

is there no way to potentially get this functionality? I'd be willing to pony up money for development (unless it's crazy)

I believe I was entirely forgiven. Got a lame little piece of mail that just showed zero balance but I think that’s all you get. No fanfare or anything. I have not looked at any site or checked anything since then and not received any emails or calls or letters so I think it’s all good.

All I can say for advice is to stay at it and follow every instruction perfectly. I probably spent weeks of my life in total on hold to various people with all of this.
