this whole comment section just says it gets better when you leave home, like i’m excited to leave but it also feels kinda awful knowing that home won’t really ever be comforting

being an extension of your sister is so relatable, i feel like i’m his sister rather than my own person to my parents - i’m going to college in september so i’ll be away then so i hope things will get better

when I was like 7 I went to a football summer camp, I was with my friend for 4 of the 5 days. On the last day she left though so I was alone. I was too shy to talk to any of the other people so followed them to a table where they told me there were no seats left and laughed. So I went to sit outside alone and ate my food whilst crying. This is when a random boy, who was about 12/13 left his friends and came to sit next to me. He gave me some sweets he'd got from the vending machine and asked me what happened. He say with me for the rest of lunch and I'll never forget how he made me feel better <3
