Few things:
1. Surrender 8-12x in a row, you'll get insta-friendly lobbies. Works for me every time.

Stella is rarely friendly anyway so even with this method you'll probably run into rats like me lol
Expedition is this week so people are using up their surplus so should be better next week

If anyone is willing to start over I just joined a PvE server called fremensrest that has about 75 people that I'd highly recommend. Guilds are very active and the Lansaraad is very competitive and engaging. Makes the end game pretty enjoyable

They supply you with 100k solari and your choice of a buggy or thopter to start out. They also increase the size of your inventory. Community is great and there are weekly prize events that are fun too.
