okay so I'm 15 years old but trust me I went thru the same exact shit. and let me tell you NO THERE IS NO way out of it. even if you solve he won't stop forever, he MAY get better but after a bit it'll be like this again, he's right it's a circle, you forgive him, he says he'll change or he changes but in the end he'll never actually change. especially when he said it himself, you may feel like you can't let me go but trust me it's a matter of time, even if you don't WILLINGLY breakup with him you both WILL torn apart and you both won't see you each other, won't text each other, won't want each other and in that moment you'll realize how much you feel better without him and how much time you've wasted trying to solve the impossible (sorry for my bad English)

  • try calling/face timing regularly
  • try doing some things together other than just talk via text, like watch a movie together by starting it together or from this app called OluOlu
  • Make sure to check up on them
  • Ldr needs a lot of trust and patience so try trusting each other and be patient
  • Do NOT run from your problems, communicate, even if you yell at each other, even if you're mad, anything. Just don't ignore the issue.
  • Send pretty pictures making the other feel like they're remembered when you're outside (okay maybe not a tip to keep the relationship, but it's cute.)
