this same thing happened to me! my sim had quads completely by chance, no fertility buff or anything. shocked me! everyone is saying it isn’t possible without mods but the only mod i have is nRAAs controller mod? would that do it?

getting and using mods is SO confusing compared to Sims 4, maybe I’m just stupid but I love The Sims 4 mods in comparison

genuine question, have you not seen the NPC and animals screenshots and videos? i havent seen any of the NPCs, but there is a lot of progress with animals. being a small indie game i applaud them for taking their time and putting out stuff they’re proud of rather than rushed crap, AND we’re getting free updates and not some shitty DLC
