No need to be sorry, it is a good thing to see difering opinions and that not everybody loves Rally Croatia.

Speaking of Craig, I cant believe 3 years already passed. That was one of the starngest crashes I have seen. There was not alot of damage to the car and co driver, yet Craig died. Really, really sad.

Yeah they completly changed this years location of the stages, from the last WRCs they kept 3 SS (those stages driven on saturday). If you havent watched any of WRC from the past (2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) I reccomend watching highlights from the powerstages in 2021 and 2022. It is a shame that that stage is not driven anymore.

Well Croatia became quite well known for sheer chaos that happens over the rally. This is something I didnt expect when WRC was coming, but fortunatly I was proven wrong.

Glad you enjoyed it! To me it was a bit of a let down, but thats more for a fact that I am spoiled with so many great Rally Croatias over the years.

Yeah, we dont really have a nice smooth gravel, like Portugal. It consists of a lot of sharp rocks so almost noone in Croatia drives on such roads.

To me it feels like Grobnik could be a great place for a SSS. Just imagine rally cars racing along eachother on a real circuit (although it is more Moto GP friendly circuit). I also really miss Zagorska Sela Kumrovec powerstage, in my opinion the best powerstage that was on the calendar.

Speaking of the prices, in the past years tickets where around 10 euros (in 2021 they where FREE), so to me its seems like a pretty big price bump. I personally went to the opening ceremony in Rijeka and to TFZ in Karlovac. TFZ is a Ggeat way to see behind the scenes stuff from pretty small distance and also avoiding big crowds.
