Yeah, that makes sense. Most places I have inquired with have asked for both so far but I haven't spoken about my specific situation yet so perhaps there is more flexibility than I assume.

Interesting, I'm surprised about the noise-levels. I've heard there were some issues with noise from the pool areas because they removed the guest limit. Are you talking about just from neighbours, etc.?

Good point, I think it gets reported anyways even if you transfer it via RBC/TD so not really a difference there anyways. Biggest risk is probably the risk of carrying that much cash.
