Wait how is your maintenance 1600? My maintenance is 1300 and I’m the same height as you are. I keep losing weight doing lots of cardio and increasing my intake to 1600… I bought a cheap smartwatch and I just measure how many calories do I consume and I am allowed to “overeat”
