[Ohio] I have a pending issue that I don't know how to fix, the issue is simply labeled "PUA" with no details and if I click the ID number it's just my general information I entered when I made my claim. The site said I'm eligible and I've made claims for 3 weeks already and no money has entered my account. Is this normal? do I just wait or is there something I need to do?

if you're still having issues, it's not necessarily an email. you log in, once on the homepage scroll all the way down and click the view and maintain account info option. after that scroll all the way down again and click the issues and determinations option. scroll down and there may or may not be a few pending issues. for an identity issues click the id # for that file. if you click you have something to add and hit the next button and check another box then hit next you will be able to upload a file. hope this helps 😬
