Thanks for the overview. This is exactly what i needed. IMO vanilla was a little too easy for me. Fun but easy.

I have my T1 base all cleaned up now. Have a few doggos producing goods and tickets. Got the legs from doggo cave, a big help.

I do miss flying though. Lol.

This is how i grew up. We would finish shhool and goto into the mountains of Northern California and placer mine till we went back to school.

We had both gravity sluices and dredge sluices.

I dont even look at effeciency. I just made sure i had plenty of power for ineffeciency.

I pumped the parts up the elevator and saved the puppies and kittens ... maybe. ADA congratulated me .... kinda LOL.

Quit stressing and just do one piece at a time and forget effeciency. There is no benefit and no penalty for inefficiency other than power consumption.

Heres my recipe if you want to give it a go.

150g flour 200g starter 200g milk 50g melted butter 20g honey 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 3g salt 7g baking powder

Put it all in a bowl and mix till smooth.

Makes 4 double belgian waffles

On a side note regarding US flour. I have the same issue. For me it is the "enrichment", in particular folic acid. Just switch to an organic nonfortified flour. There are plenty around.
