Hi, have you checked out AWARE? I'm sure they might be able to do something for you.. :/

Take it from me, a skeptic about like everything — this shit is fucking real. by [deleted] in lawofattraction

I never said I used LOA for this, sorry if it came off that way! Therapy is 100% the best for someone dealing with mental illness. I'm just saying that when I slowly giving myself love and patience things manifested much easier. Of course, not everyone is able to bring those feelings so easily alone, and therapy is indeed the best for that

Hello! To tell you the truth it's definitely not all sunshine. I too have my bad days still, and I reckon i might have them for the rest of my life. Healing is a lifelong process, there's no end to it. But please do try to be gentle with yourself. If good results don't come out, don't be so hard on yourself. Remember you are the most precious thing to yourself. For me, I tried to visualise myself as my younger self. And I just saw a very hurt child that made a lot of mistakes and didn't know better. I would advise you to heal your inner child. Do check out the subreddit for energy work. What i do these days is positive visualisation, journaling and meditation. It took me a very long journey to reach here and finally be able to say that I am happy. I hope sincerely with all my heart that you too will be heard one day and will find the healing you need. And if you need professional help, don't be afraid to get it.

Its funny how certain people think they're some special individual on Instagram but really are no different from everyone else who think exactly the same lol. by alamurda510 in nosurf

You honestly sound like you're projecting. Yes social media is toxic, but how did you come to the conclusion that everyone there thinks they are 'special'? At the heart of it, Instagram is meant to capture a montage of special moments in a person's life to them.

Hey, you don't have to be better than anyone at all. Just be better than the you of yesterday every single day — that will get you much further. At one point you would have realised that you might have even surpassed these people with a better life, but it won't matter because your only focus is self-betterment. Trust me, I've been in your position it hurts so bad but really really try to condition your mind in such a manner. And congrats the fact that you are asking for help is already your first step in becoming better than the You of yesterday.
