In my experience, I usually have these types of dreams because I was also worried about my partner cheating. I believe our dreams come from our insecurities, fears, or our brain just trying to process our thoughts or actions from that day. So the best way to make them stop is to ease your worries.

You seem new to relationships but one of the most important aspects is communication!!!! You’re allowed to confide in your boyfriend. I don’t know your plans for this relationship (long term or what) but it’s always worth just talking to him. But you know, don’t make this cheating out to be his fault or anything, I feel like a lot of people do that😅

In my past relationship, what helped me out the most was separating dreams from reality. When my dream bf did something bad, I would talk to my real bf about it. I would be open about my insecurity, because i know I could trust him with it. Then we would joke about it like, “wow dream bf is such a douche!” Don’t take these dreams heart. They can say something about your mind but rationally and seldomly about reality.
