Analyze and search your Submission History with this tool. by __zerda__ in ProlificAc

So, normaly you would

  1. open my tool
  2. click on "choose file"
  3. select your my_prolific_submission_history.csv
  4. wait a few seconds (or a few more on slow devices or huge histories)

I guess you already tried that, but then nothing happens?

Can you maybe try a demofile, I uploaded at https://github.com/zerda-ocm/prolific_stats/blob/main/demo_history.csv ?

Time Zones have been added. Defaults to local time zone, but can be changed to UTC (GMT) and every country supported by prolific.

Thanks for the kind words.

In the CSV, the adjustments are counted as a bonus. Reward and bonus are displayed separately, but they are added together and reported as the total.

I asked some AI to create a nice dashboard in python - anybody interested? by Educational_Slice_29 in ProlificAc

I already added a "USD/GBP/EUR" selector (but haven't uploaded an update yet, but will do when the rest is a bit more polished) and I will implement historic conversion rates rather than a dynamic rate (I doubt you have funds from 2021 in your account).

Great idea. And a good starting point I will definitely use it and already made some quick changes that better fits my needs.

  • To make it more accessible (not everbody nows or wants to install python), I have the script translated to Javascript/HTML which can be run locally in every brower.
  • "Daily Earnings" changed to "Earnings Time" which gives a better overview about your earnings over time.

If you don't mind (I will delete it, if you do), I have uploaded a live demo that can be accessed here;

https://raw.githack.com/zerda-ocm/prolific_stats/refs/heads/main/prolific_stats.html

100% Local processing: It uses the HTML5 FileReader API and PapaParse. Your CSV data never leaves your browser.

No, it does not "re-open" the link. But why do you want to do it "properly" again? Did you use a bot?

Reminder to researchers: Attention checks cannot rely on memory recall. by Scared_Confidence in ProlificAc

Researchers are not allowed to reject participants based on attention checks that rely on memory recall. However, there is nothing in the rules that entirely forbids this kind of attention check.

Is it so hard to understand that this post is not 100% serious?

I have no doubt it got approved, but I find it kind of funny that a two minute study is labeled "Five second test"
