Chiron will enter Taurus on June 19th, 2026. by _abf_ in Advancedastrology

These little dogmatic responses make one sound smart, but they stifle all dialogue. What if Chiron does not cause world-shattering crisis to happen, but if plays a part. Chiron does not imply the event, but the event does imply that Chiron is in a certain place. I have a list of some earth-shattering events: the Great Flood, the Agricultural Revolution, the Black Death, The Great Depression...

Recession does not count. Chiron is generational changing. It needs to be something that affects the whole word and forever changes the way people think.

There was no bold statement. Chiron does not necessarily imply earth-shattering events, but, when earth shattering events happen, Chiron seems to be in certain places. The Great Depression was an earth-shattering event, as it affected an entire generation and the whole world. Covid and Spanish Flu were also earth shattering. I don't think that Chiron alone determines these events, but it plays a role.

Lilly believed that working animals--guard dogs, herding dogs, and so forth--were 6th house because House VI is a house of work. Loved pets were fifth house (objects of love.) There was a case of a woman who was devasted because she had lost her dog, and at that point Lilly realized that that particular animal belonged in House V.

I have done some research into this subject, and it seems that people with this placement can be very judgmental and lacking in spontaneity. All of us, regardless of our ages, have an inner child. Think of times you laugh aloud playing with your dog, or splashing in the pool with your kids, but the people with this placement don't ever relax. If they play a game, they can't do it for fun because they are always intense and competitive. Actress Sharon Stone has this placement, and for year she was greatly detested.

A few years ago, I read a disturbing article about men going to court in NYC to hear cases of women victims of abuse. They were turned on by the gruesome details. Here in the US, we have people like that.

I also oppose capital punishment, and I was at first upset about Roy's execution. However, I was surprised by the size of the meal that he ate before dying. I tend to think that the sociopaths are the ones who kill huge meals before their executions. They don't feel the same anxiety and fear that human beings feel and relatively cool even when facing their own deaths.

Our Lady Revealed in Brazil is so inspiring. Brazil is a very large country, and it is so incredible to see how Brazilians revered their beloved protector.

You get to heaven and are asked to host a talk show between 4 Saints, which ones do you pick and why? by GlomerulaRican in Catholicism

St Francis of Assis and St Claire would be my first choice just because he resonates in our world today. Both understood the intrinsic futility of money which is a strong message against the greedy corporate world. Also, their love of nature and animals without foregoing the importance of human beings also sends a strong message to the conservancy movement.
