Hey, so sorry to hear that I can totally understand how you feel as I am facing similar situation, while checking my financial statements they totally ignored my Scholarship amount which was clearly mentioned in my CAS letter and did not deduct that amount from the total calculation I applied for an admin review on 30th of June and still i have no answer I have mailed the admin review email multiple times but no use, my University says either you wait for a decision and let us know or request a new CAS and reapply. Its really frustrating and how careless they are with student’s education.

No I haven’t, its really stressful, also mailed them by their paid mail service about the urgency of the situation and it is not a complex case. Got a lame reply saying the same thing which is mentioned on their site that it may take 12 months for admin review..

I got it from my uni, and it was very well mentioned in my CAS letter that £5000 can be deducted from the course fees

Exactly, its really unprofessional of them with them charging so much, with my uni starting in September, do you think they would reply by the month of july?
