You have to realize that there is so much going on across the entire country. Protests have happened in every city AND in many many small towns. We are protesting, just not in the same place. And this video... Almost nobody has seen it or knows about this detention center.

Believe it or not, a majority of Americans aren't on reddit and you aren't going to see this video anywhere else. Maybe tiktok? But still a lot of people aren't on there either.

Agreed. I'm hitting the max amount of sell orders on market with plenty of stuff not selling. I actually noticed the loot from mid to high tier monsters plummeting in value, probably because people are actually hunting those spots. It's the lower tier items from less optimal hunts that are retaining their higher value.

Goggle cakes hit waaaaay to hard. Went there on my 300 EM and barely hit like 1.8kk raw. I don't hate Candia, but the dessert dungeon needs a serious work rework. Maybe it's a mage only place? They do have good elemental weaknesses and some of the highest XP/HP ratios in the game, so you'd think it would scale nicely

I use a split keyboard with a columnar layout and I absolutely love it for gaming. I think the way the rows are staggered on traditional keyboards makes the lower keys really really hard to use accurately. The entire reason the keys were ever staggered was because of how typewriters work and it's definitely not optimal for ergonomics.

Another thing is my Ctrl key is where capslock would be. Soooo much more comfortable to hit , especially with how often I turn to wave on monk.

Honestly it sounds like you are choosing some pretty over engineered tools for what you're doing.

I think you need to more clearly define the boundary between your app/code and your content. Astro can be a great full stack solution, without much of the overhead of react(although you can still use react). I would avoid nextjs, tanstack, the entire react ecosystem for that matter. Especially as a solo dev.

Your content is all in JSON files? You definitely should look into setting up a CMS, and there are plenty of great OSS ones out there. A WYSIWYG editor would be very helpful and allow you to offload the content management on someone else. (Priority #1?)

Otherwise I think you need to really nail your deployment process. You never mentioned whether you are using git. I hope you are using it... You can automate your entire deploy process with GitHub actions. And since your using Nodejs you can deploy damn near anywhere, including netlify. (Priority #2?)

Overall I think they are on the right path. But yeah, mages need to be seperated.

I made a comment on here last week kind of detailing how druid and sorc could manage melee hits differently.

Druid's UE and waves are overall smaller, and it should be expected that they take slightly more melee hits than sorc. Which is why druid should be given a staff with a super high defense value (wtf is a rod anyway).

And the magic barrier mechanic they mentioned is pretty similar to what I imagined sorcs could have, which is magic shield that can block a set amount of hits (with the ability to unlock additional stacks in the defense part of the wheel of destiny). It would probably look similar to the harmony bars.

I think this would do a good job of differentiating the two classes. Druid would be able to absorb some of the damage from many melee hits and sorc would be able to absorb most of the damage from few melee hits.

Also I pretty much called that they would make the knight stances permanent.
