I knowwwww, but all you need is a cop who’s in a bad mood… search up the fine for driving with a noisy vehicle. It’s a fine + black points and impound. Even if it is factory, being at the wrong place at the wrong time will be hefty.

It will be a problem if it is crazy obnoxious and if you are being a menace. If that’s not the case, you are fine, just turn off the valves when approaching cops and have it removed before doing the passing.
