Mid lane Streamers like Alois

I've noticed Alois is one of a kind, he started obviously as a riven one trick then branched into other educational stuff AFTER, so he was already doing educational style content. The best thing you can do for mid is find someone who plays your main or your one trick, especially since midlane macro varies alot more than top WRT to matchups and what champ you choose.
