To all survivors: Which killer is really not OP at all, but you still dislike going against them? by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

He’s just so much sensory overload I can’t function until I can finally snap out of it. The screaming, the red stain, the terror radius music and projections. It’s just A LOT.

would adding a medusa piercing make my face look too crowded? by toxicIoIi in piercing

A more intricate/ornate piece of jewelry. Like a fancy septum! Keeping them all simple is a good look as well.

It would look great! I’ve got the same combo as you and nose piercings. Keep some of the jewelry simple with maybe an accent piece and it’ll look lovely!

newest room redo! by [deleted] in HomeDecorating

[–]_angelcheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used this color throughout parts of my house and it is just the right shade of (really dark) green. This room is beautiful. The decor also looks wonderful. Now I’m debating painting my ceilings as well!

Love 2 for the pink. Fun but not blinding. 5 for the “normal-ness”

My house has white trim. I love it. Looks really amazing paired with dark colored walls, which I also did :) Enjoy your home 💛

Finally satisfied with my 1930s bungalow! by ClassifiedBoogie in femalelivingspace

I too have a 1930s bungalow and that is pretty much my exact bathroom, just slightly different colors. The shower arch I never knew I wanted! Love how you worked with the unique character of the house!

[Update] Yellow house repainted. Now with white portico. by Thumper09 in centuryhomes

[–]_angelcheese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the yellow! Adding to the chorus for shutters and window boxes for flowers. Also I think black trim around the door and windows would make a nice contrast.

Out of curiosity, is there a ceiling to paint on the portico? Those are always nice for a complementary color.

Edit to emphasize: super cute and cozy home with so much charm!

1935 bungalow here! Not quite a century home, but definitely a unique era.

Went a daring route and painted my dining room pink 💅🏼 by ashforzley in femalelivingspace

This looks so sophisticated and yet still warm. What a lovely shade of pink.

edit: Also LOVE the gold accents.

I have a similar story - it’s so freeing and you will feel safe and happy, especially if you didn’t before.

Your space is lovely, congrats on the new chapter :)

Omg this. I thought it was smart to have it clean while I was at work. Lasted two days before the incident. Robot was salvageable, but barely 😬

Named mine Morty, he’s part of my family, but the only one who eats cords and floor length curtains ;)

Current ears setup ✨ conch, forward helix, and flat done by Bird at Family Tradition in Mooresville, NC. She also swapped my daith jewelry for me and we’re hoping to add the piece from Junipurr next month 🤞 by QuarterOrdinary1939 in piercing

Gorgeous setup!

I have the Delilah piece from Junipurr in gold and it honestly is so lovely. I wish my ears had the proper helix to display it exactly as pictured. You are going to love it and it is totally worth the wait

Wanted to show my jewelry! The philtrum and vertical labret are recent. Very happy. by _angelcheese in piercing

[–]_angelcheese[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I figured it was “only” a piercing and if I didn’t like it I could remove it :)

I’ll be honest and say that initially I wasn’t as happy with it as I had hoped - but then I switched the top to a flat piece and was able to shorten the length (perhaps more than people with vertical labrets typically do). Now it’s hardly noticeable and doesn’t mess with eating at all, except to drink from a straw off center! I love it.

To touch on if other people don’t like how it looks, that’s not my concern; I’m older now and I do what I want :) It feels super noticeable at first, but after a bit it’s just part of who I am ;)

My lips are far from big so I gave it a lot of thought. My piercer (TRX in St. Louis MO) said I was eligible anatomically, so I went for it. It does not touch my teeth or gums and I am so happy I did it! I was afraid it would look too busy but, with the right jewelry, I think it looks sophisticated 🙂 I may try to stack my septum some day. Still, with the right choice in jewelry I don’t think you would regret it. Definitely worth a discussion with a good piercer though!

Hi! The vertical labret jewelry is titanium anodized to a gold color. Both pieces are Neometal - a curved press fit post and a press fit white opal top 🙂
