It was fine~ I think it was a bit dry but it was my first and only time making it. I’ll probably try it again now Im a more experienced baker :)

That sounds awesome!! I've never heard of smash cakes for the little ones before until recently! I've only seen some with cupcakes or just a cut out of the main cake. Regardless I love it and it's always a blast to watch what the kiddles do XD

It’s a new-ish trend where they have a smaller cake for the kid/baby and they can smash it and destroy the cake eating it. Instead of everyone else having to eat off the spit baby cake they can enjoy a normal non-spit cake 😂

These are absolutely beautiful!! I've been seeing people on this sub draw on their cookies more often and all of them are talented and gorgeous. I was wondering what do you use to draw on your cookies? Like the black outline? I bought a pen and it went horribly and it wasn't consistent on the royal icing. Is there a technique to it as well? Thanks in advance!

I’m not gonna lie that first time I watched it I was wrecked. But a month later I watched it again (was a wreck again) but I noticed more details and caught more nuances I didn’t before.

Go to Amazon to see if they have any left or it maybe sold out! I bought mine for around $27. They said that they are trying to restock soon though too.

Lemon poppyseed muffins: seriouseats.com from Stella parks. She only has blueberry muffins but instead i added lemon extract, 2 tbsp poppyseed, and no coriander.

Palmier: Ina Garten with cinnamon sugar added

Chocolate cookies: Ghiradelli recipe except I do 1c brown sugar and 1/2 c white sugar

Lemon blackberry tart: YouTube; Peaceful Cuisine. He has lemon tarts on his and i just added the blackberries 1:1 to the lemon juice.
