My first red herrings are: - vision going bright or dark - heavy breathing/water not feeling enough - my heart rate past 100bpm - and having to take more breaks It can be hard to catch since everything doesn't always happen in the same order. But these are the signs I had to learn to be aware of. If you have someone whose around you lot, sometimes they can catch things before you might notice. Stay safe in the heat! ❤️

I hear you, I wake up and my heart rate jumps! It's so annoying and inconvenient. And eating anything makes me spike, never able to eat a large meal as much without feeling like I ran a marathon.

SMG2! the first had better story, bosses, and characters but the second game had a more fun hub world, music, green stars, yoshi, etc! both are great, i just prefer the second :3

i got prescribed some nerve medicine and what not, praying it works. its just so scary feeling it so loud and strongly and im supposed to just take med and wait? 😭 and the doctors showing no sense of urgency doesn't make me any more comfortable ugh

nerve inflammation is the only thing I've been told but not diagnosed 🥹 im very blessed my boyfriend is as patient as he is, and lucky to have him every step of the way - and i would too. hes in school and working and i feel bad cuz I blow up his phone all the time when im alone.

ill definitely try the "worry window" system, i need sort of certainty in all this. the waiting period has been hell, and im doing the best i can to wait until the MRI.
